    PMUP for feeding Calcium Reactor?

I am currently using a Cobalt MJ1200 which is rated for 295 gph ....and thinking about changing to the PMUP which is rated for 100 gph. Main reason for considering this change is to save an EB832 outlet and plug in the PMUP straight into the 24v 1link connector.

Anyone use the PMUP for feeding their calcium reactor? My only concern is the back pressure from the Calcium reactor...

If have concerns about the flow rate, you may use a pump rated for 295 gph and connect it via the DC24 DIY cable.

A 24VDC pump, but not sure many exist outside of the PMUP.

I use a Cobalt MJ900 and love it. Not sure why you would want to use the PMUP as you might save on a EB outlet BUT you would STILL need a outlet of some sort as even though it can plug into the 24v connector it still needs a outlet plug plus the PMUP is not meant for "dirty water" so it could clog easier since it has no strainer on it like the poweheads do. Also most poweheads have better wattage per gph then the PMUP
