I need to do my Update but not sure how to do it on my MAC!

tHIS IS WHAT IT SAYS!
This Apex is presently running firmware version 4.40_CC15.
Version 4.40_3A16 is available; it's recommended that you update to this version. HOW DO i DO THE FOLLOWING??

1. Run ApexFlash, located in the Applications folder.
2. Search for an Apex clicking theSearch for Controllersbutton, or manually enter an Apex by clicking theAdd a Controllerbutton.
3. Select the Apex just added in the left-hand column, and click theUpdate Firmwarebutton.
4. After the firmware update completes successfully, click theUpdate Web Pagesbutton.
5. Clear your browser cache history.
6. The update process is complete. While it's still fresh in your mind, it's a great idea to take an additional configuration backup at this point, as in step 1, above.
