    Question PMUP stopped working

I have the PMUP and 1-link module. I use it to do WC and fill ATO reservoir. Has been working well until recently. I turn on the PMUP and I don't hear the usual click from the 1-link that I am used to hearing. I have tried unplugging and plugging everything back in and no luck. Should I try updating software or is it an mechanical issue?

You could try updating fw and also make certain the 1link is connect to the power supply. If that fails email Neptune Support and open a ticket.

Pull it out and look at the impeller. I had half the blades on mine break off recently.

I'll check that. I did make sure the power supply is in all the way. The module feels rally flimsy, like the innards is just floating in the outer case. Does anyone else's feel like that?
