EB 832 outlets won't respond after a power loss.

The power company changed the meter on the outside of my house today. They said the power was off for only 30 seconds. Now the outlets on my Energy Bar 832 are completely unresponsive. I can’t control their power on/off through fusion.

    · Even though I toggle the switch in fusion, the ones that were set to always on won’t turn off. The outlets that were set to always off, won’t turn on.
    · The outlets that were controlled by the temperature probe or the pH prob appear to be suck in the on/off power position at the time of the power failure, as they too will not respond to commands in Fusion.

I am able to modify power outlet programing.

Lastly, my salinity prob reading has dropped to 0. However, temp and pH readings are still registering.

Interesting, the outlets on my Energy Bar 8 are working properly.

I have tried power cycling the Apex Base Unit and the EB 832 by unplugging both, then following the installation of instructions of connecting the Apex Base Unit and EB 832, then plugging in the power cord for the EB832.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Jim

Start by unplugging the aquabus and plugging it back in. That fixes most cases. If that doesn't do it, submit a support ticket.

Good Morning Bgrant721. I wish I could remember the exact solution, but I don't. Connect with Neptune Support. They were great. Best of luck.
