ATO - Need Confirmation Please and Thanks

Ok, I will be using BOB with my 27 lagoon and my Apex Jr., and I wanted to use a double float switch on a single holder, this is what I will be using.

Is the below saying if Float 1 is open turn on the pump, and as a fail safe should it get stuck open, once it hits Float 2, it will float up (open) and turn off. Is that correct?

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If Sw1 OPEN Then ON
    If Sw2 OPEN Then OFF
    Defer 002:00 Then ON
    Min Time 02:00 Then OFF

    Thanks!!

Your switch logic is fine. But I wonder why you have the Min Time 002:00 Then OFF in there. In this case, the Min time serves to prevent the ATO from running too frequently. But 2 minutes is barely worth it. If you want to limit how soon the ATO can run again after it has run, typically that period of time is much longer, like an hour, or a couple of hours.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

That makes total sense to me.

    Fallback OFF

    Set OFF
    If Sw1 OPEN Then ON
    If Sw2 OPEN Then OFF
    Defer 002:00 Then ON
    Min Time 480:00 Then OFF

That will give me 6 hours, as I don't think I will be using that much water per day. Would this be ok?

    Thanks,
    Scott
