new eb8 doesn't show on fusion

I connected new eb8's to my apex. The original ones still show up just fine. The green light shows on the new eb8's, but they don't show up on fusion. What am I doing wrong, or how do I get them to show up on my dashboard?

Do they show in the modules list on the module setup page in the classic dashboard?

I don't think they show up on the little control screen that comes with the apex. It shows eb8 3,4,and 5 but not eb8 6 or 7. I have five eb8's in total. Three have been hooked up and running for years. Don't remember how to get back to the classic dashboard. Will I need to do this???

Something else strange is going on now......... All three amp graphs have gone to zero, but I still have stuff running..... ???????

Get to the classic dashboard by putting the IP address of your apex or the name of your apex into your browsers address bar. Then find the module setup page under the configuration tab toward the top. You don't have to do it this way but it's the best way to trouble shoot because fusion doesn't let you setup modules on the classic apex.

just unplugged the two new eb8's and the graphs went back up to normal.....

I'm using USB 3.0 type A cables. Are they the correct ones????

Something strange is going on. Woke up this morning and I have 8 new tiles on my fusion dashboard but the new eb8's were unplugged. If I plug them in with the usb cables, I lose control of all the eb8's, and the amp graphs go to 0. Everything plugged into the original eb8's will still be running though.
On the classic dashboard, the original eb8's are listed but not the new ones.

If you connect the new EB8's using one of the existing USB cables ( unplug from something else ) do that EB8 show up normally? If it does then it's the cables otherwise at this point I would contact support.

Thanks for the help guys.....
I unplugged the usb from one of the original eb8's and plugged it into one of the new ones, with the original usb wire, and it didn't work. plugged it back into the original eb8 and everything went back to normal...... Guess it's time to contact support.
