One pump to run all devices

I am considering changing the configuration of my 200 Gal. freshwater aquarium by installing one variable speed High Capacity DC pump (12000 L/H) to drive all devices in this aquarium, that is, driving the return, chiller, and AWC/ATO system old water overboard. It will require a pumping manifold of 1.5 " pipe to 1" and two 1/2" piping. The Return and Chiller flow volume controlled by manual values, and the AWC/ATO system water out controlled by manual valve, Sump water level switch driving a solenoid value. Has anyone tried this configuration and what is your advice?

I have a freshwater planted tank set up like that. I use a DC6000 l/h pump to run everything. I run giant co2 reactor, media reactor, general filtration in sump and return flow to tank. I built it big enough in the plumbing that I still have ball valves left unused on the manifold. I only wish the new Cor would come out because i have my pump maxed now. http://s252.photobucket.com/user/tangelo1106/library/
