    Persistent Alarm

When I log in to Apex there is an alarm note.

When my Dashboard loads there is an alarm bell icon showing that there is an alarm.

When I tap the alarm icon I get a notice that there is an alarm.

If I tap on the alarm notice it takes me to the alarm log and there are no alarms.

I have tried resetting it text control. Alarm is persistent. Any ideas with generating this alarm or how to clear it?

There are three alarm outputs - any one of them could be on, making the badge appear. Only the email alarm shows a alarm history. Check the other two (SndWarn and SndAlrm) - one of them is probably on.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Thanks, the SndAlrm was set ON. Turned it to Auto.
