PMUP How close to Continuous Duty

I would like to use multiple PMUP’s in a variety of ways onmy system as it develops. Its low to medium output is attractive to me. In addition to ATO, many situations would be usedwith the OSC command but I have a question that might keep me out of trouble. Iknow that there are no hard and fast rules for hardware. That being said, howsmall a percentage of off time can be used or can the PMUP be employed in Continuous Duty usage?

I currently use mine 24/7 to feed my ZeoVit reactor. I've been running it for at least 2 months with no mechanical issues.

I will soon be changing it out for a Jebao nano 650 pump because the PMUP is the loudest component of my system other than my ZeoVit reactor when it shakes.
