    Jebao DCP Control

I have been looking at the new Jebao DCP 6500 pump and have found some posts that say there may be problems controlling the new Sine Wave technology with an Apex. Does anyone know if the Torx Jebao/Apex harness will work with the new Sine Wave pumps?

    Thanks

No, the torx only works with the original DC series and the wave pumps (rw/pp/sw, etc)

However, you're not out of luck. I believe this is what you are looking for. It converts an apex to run a DCT/DCS/DCP pump, and it does support the DCP-6500 (check the manual, you have to flip some dip switches to set it for the correct pump)

I've not heard of one. I don't think it's as simple as it once was - i think these new sinewave controlled ones are using slightly more complicated methods to drive the pumps in order to keep the noise down.

So the link you posted above is still the best option?
    Thanks in advance

it's the only option i know of anyway. I honestly still haven't bothered myself. I'm running my jebao SW4s with a custom cable I made to control those - but my DCP3000 pump i just run flat out at 100% anyway - so I just have it plugged into the eb832 - good enough for now/
