When I was looking at Fusion today I noticed that I had an alert. When I checked on it, it stated the following" Blocked due to repeated bounces" for my cell phone number for text messages. Huh?!? Don't recall there being any alerts lately and I've never seen a message like this. Attempted searching the forums and nothing either. So I'm kind of puzzled.

It means either a setting in your cellphone or from your cellphone provider (likely some sort of spam blocking) is preventing fusion from sensing alerts to it. Contact tech support for your cell phone provider and they should be able to walk you through the process to prevent it from blocking the messages from neptune. After you get the block removed, remove your phone from fusion alerts and add it back.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
