Question DOS not working after tank move

    Good Morning,
I love my Neptune Apex. It gives me peace of mind when away from home and my inhabitants are thriving!
Long story short, I needed to move my 150 mixed reef to another room in the house. My DOS and DDR had been working beautifully. (Well, in fusion the graph that shows the liquid levels stopped working, but we can address that later.)
I unplugged the DOS and DDR for the move and then after the move, plugged it all back in and together. However, the DOS pumps will not spin...even with the manual buttons. All the other Apex expansion accessories picked right up without a hiccup.
What would cause both pumps not to spin?
    How do I address this?
    Thank you,
    Wendy

I'm having the same issue. Tore a tank down about 6 months ago and stopped using the DOS. I'm ready to start using it on another tank but it's not working. Like you, when I push the manual buttons nothing happens. Weird part is is that fusion is reporting that it's running and showing it on the graph. Both pump lights are lit on the unit.

I think I may have found the answer in the thread: New DOS neither head moving but is showing dosing in Fusion

I may not have turned on the actual outlet it's plugged in to. Will have to check when I get home.

First rule of troubkeshooting I learned as an electrical engineer...Is it plugged in?

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
