Vortech pumps revert back to slow mode after storm

Power went out for awhile while I was out of town. Returned last night & Radion was "All Blue" @ apx 30%, ignored it. This morning the same, afternoon the same, looked at fusion, programming was there and Fusion showed what is "should be" not ALL BLUE that it actually was. Also same issue with power heads (MP10's running slow yet showing correct program).
    Reset fusion, no change, unplugged.
Unplugged Radion, rebooted Apex, deleted code for Radion, entered new program, system reset on Fusion and it lit up as programmed & is working fine.
MP10's however still stuck at 25%. Above steps attempted without success. Cleared program & reattached to WXM as master slave, Fusion shows its running at correct program.
I can flip MP to "ON" then "AUTO" on Fusion and it will run properly for almost a minute, then reverts back to SLOW!
    Help and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Above post was wrong, Radion was NOT working.
Disconnected WXM (again) and changed cable out, used different location, restarted, all is working.
    Thanks
