    FMM Module not registering Flow

    Hi Guys

I live in Australia and purchased a FMM kit from the USA I have installed as per instruction and have no flow readings from the 2 sensors, I have 1 x 1 inch sensor and 1 x 1/2 inch Sensor. I have the APex Classic and have updated to 4.52 FA17 also the dashboard version is the same. Can anyone shed some light on the reason I am getting no flow readings.

    Thanks

Did you update the module firmware for the FMM and set the sensor type in the module setup page of the local dashboard? By default the inputs are leak detectors and unless changed they won't show flow.

Yes all upgraded it's strange Ill remove the aquabus cable to reset the module some data starts for about 10 seconds then all sensors show zero I might log a fault with Neptune.

How did you go with this problem? Did Neptune help you sort it?

    Hi Ian

What is was the 3.5mm jacks did not seat properly I had to trim them a bit and they fit well in the FMM module.

    FMM Module not registering Flow

I had the same issue as zobby, one of mine did not seat all the way in even though it felt like it did. Once I figured that out they worked just fine
