    Mounting Probes

I'm really new to Apex & want to make sure I get this right.. When mounting the probes with a magnetic probe holder, how far into the water do the probes need to go.. Is it just the tips or does the whole thing need to be submerged ??

The temp probe I mount so that the water level is up to the bottom of the black cap on the top of the probe, the others I mount about 2/3 of the probe in the water. You don't want the cord portion of the probes sitting in water all the time.
