    Repaired/Refurbished Apex NOT Working Properly

Just had Apex returned and Neptune Support was able to get me back on-line and started to transfer previous settings over to new Apex. I finished copying all ports to include virtual but still having some problems. The ports on the initial Apex are working, but the ports on the energy bar have power but not responding to on/off commands. Additionally, have looked at posts to change temp to F but this will not work either. Thoughts?

    Continue working with tech support.
