New apex 2016 probe problems

Hi guys new to apex I'm in Ireland have new apex 2016 with eb 6 European version
when I set up connected wifi all good but salinity alert came up and I cannot seem to get any of the 4 probes showing on fusion
I thought I was bright but obviously not ha ha thanks for any help

Check your unused tile bin. (Click the lock button on the upper right) they are probably in there.

As far as salinity is concerned, expect it to give you ODD and inaccurate measurements for the first week or so. Those need a "break in period" before they are fully hydrated and give good readings.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Hi thanks temp one says calibrated but no reading
Orb can't seem to find place to calibrate
Ph would not calibrate on ph 7 so kinda gave up till I was sure it wasn't me have not tried salinity yet thanks zombie

Hi guys new apex 2016 red triangle on apex underneath this is list of temp orb salinity and ph this error came up the second I connected it to wifi at this stage no probes even unwrapped from box since thennone of the probes will register on apex fusion or calibrate thanks

Hi guys still hoping someone can help no probe readings showing very unlikely all probes are not working have tried as much as I can no readings from any probe plus ph and salinity would not go through calibration process this is brand new out of box just want to clarify if I'm missing something or could it be apex control module thanks in advance

Ok talking to myself here but guess since I seem to have resolved problem I'll put it here in case there are any other newbies
That think they might be stupid haha
Through trial and error I decided to rest apex reconnect to wifi and this last bit seems to have done the trick before reset unlink apex then start afresh and look for new link token when I done this all probes seem to calibrate and install with no issues
This might seem simple and straightforward for the pros out there but when you are new and unsure it's not hope this helps someone in future
