Lost connection to my Apex controller

I am in the process of installing my new DOS, and accidentally got USBs mixed up as I was trying to daisy chain, and now my system is completely offline. Thankfully my fallbacks are defaulted to On, so I'm not completely dead, but I have no control over my system.

I have removed the DOS and replaced the cables to the original configuration, but still no luck.

Any ideas? I'm getting worried the system will turn off any second!

But I have no lights coming out of the base unit... so it's not getting power. USB is connected to the power bar though
