Cannot calibrate new Conductivity Probe apex fusion

I finally set up my Apex Fusion a few weeks ago, its been sitting in a box for about 6 months while we went through a remodel. Apex has been working flawlessly, I love it.

So I broke out the probes today to get them all hooked up. Ph probe calibrated easily. Conductivity Probe went through the dry calibration once then stalled out at the calibration in the solution. I got an error reading that calibration was unsuccessful. I then went in and changed the temp compensation to 2.2 after reading up on it in the forums. Now I can't even get past the dry calibration. I stuck the probe in the tank just to see what I would get....I get salt at 32, which I know is incorrect, and conductivity at 0. Any help would be much appreciated.

2 things to make sure of.

    1. If the probe hasn't soaked in your sump for a week, let it soak before attempting calibration.

    2. Make sure the BNC connector is seated properly.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

It definitely hasn't been in the sump for a week. I'll do that for sure. I'll check the BNC connector next week when I try to calibrate it again.

Your salinity probe has a BNC connector? it shouldn't

They don't. That was my fault mislabeling the connector waaay to early without my Dr pepper in me.
