    OSC dosing program help

Ok...need help from all you experts! ;-)

I've got the following program set for my mag dosing. Alk is set the same but scheduled to start at the beginning of each hour and works perfect. The mag isn't working so well. It does show only running 4 seconds each time...just not starting when it should.

    Fallback OFF
    OSC 030:00/000:04/059:56 Then ON
If Time 09:00 to 20:59 Then OFF
If pH > 8.35 Then OFF
    If FeedA 000 Then OFF

Thurs night it first ran at 2300 then the following are the other times it started.
    0030
    0200
    0330
    0500
    0630
    0800

    Fri night
    2130
    2300
    0030
    0200
    0330
    0500
    0630
    0800

You can see a pattern other than the different start time. Any idea what's going on?

I'm assuming you want alk on the top of the hour and mag offset 30 minutes each hour. If so, You want this

    Fallback OFF
    OSC 030:00/000:04/029:56 Then ON
If Time 09:00 to 20:59 Then OFF
    If FeedA 000 Then OFF

I also removed the pH line as that does nothing with Mg.

If you find you need to make adjustments, this is an invaluable tool

Ah...gotcha...didn't realize you had to compensate for the 30 min duration rather than a full hour. Thanks!!!

Yep. The calculator I linked makes it brainless, But if you do it by hand then the process is: first one is offset, second one is running time and then get the third by taking the desired period and subtracting the first two.

It's been awhile since this was fresh, but thank you for the calculator. It saved me from second-guessing myself!
