    Missing 8th outlet on EB

I just got my new Apex today. Everything seems to be working fine expect I only see 7 outlets, not 8. They are 2_1 through 2_7.

I verified this on the outlets tab and the summary report. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Try unplugging the eb8, deleting the module in the classic dashboard and then reconnecting it to see if that will fix it. If it doesn't support can square you away.

FWIW, the Apex 2016's built-in GUI is different than the Apex Classic's; it is not called the Classic Dashboard. It is called APEX Local, and has the same look & feel as APEX Fusion.

If I unplug the EB, the other part, head unit or whatever has no power. It gets its power from the EB.

You got me thinking. I was able to delete the module with the EB still connected and everything powered up. After that I rebooted and everything looks good.

    Thanks for the help

Cool. I mentioned unplugging it cause I misread your original post and thought I read new EB832 instead of new apex. Glad that fixed it.
