I'm just using Fusion. Do I need the Apex Browse Utility? I had the icon/link to it on my desktop a couple years ago.
How do I get to the Classic Dashboard? I had it bookmarked a few months ago but deleted it.

Type the ip address : port number of the apex into your browser while on the same local network as the apex.

I got the IP address from the display after setting DHCP to ON. I also got the port number from the display. I entered the ip address and then a colon and then the port number of the apex into my browser while on the same local network as the apex.
It did not give me the classic dashboard.
Make sure there aren't any spaced. Ex. 192.168.1.5:80

If your form is correct the issue is likely the webpages not matching the firmware. If so, update the firmware and webpages.

A mismatch between Dashboard and firmware versions will not stop the Dashboard from loading.
Powers2001, did you reboot your Apex after enabling DHCP? If not, do so then lookup the IP address and try again.

Does it hang on the ip address or does it give you page not found?

Hangs I think. In the URL box it becomes ip:port number/nstatus.sht
That sounds like corruption in the firmware and/or webpages file in the apex to me.
Update your firmware and webpages and see if that fixes it (even if it's the same version you are on now).
Could also be a network issue. If the problem persists after updating both, go to command prompt on your computer, type ping ipaddress and report back the results (replace ipaddress with the ip of the apex).
