Hello -
I woke up this morning and my AquaController screen is completely blank. I read that updating the firmware might fix this issue. So I began the update process and was unable to update because the "Network is Unreachable." And no, I wasn't using WiFi. My computer doesn't have an ethernet port (Mac) and I used a thunderbolt/ethernet adapter, which worked with previous updates with no problem.
I should also mention that I cannot get fusion to connect to the Apex since trying the update process.
What do I do now? Any suggestions?
