Fallback options

Hi All,

Currently I run a FALLBACK command on pretty much everything to ensure flow and heating continues in the event of the Apex unit going down.

However, I have a number of DC pumps (return and flow) which are run from VarSpd ports and which run significantly below full power.

Can FALLBACK be run with a set power level or is it purely an on/off at the EB socket and the device will run at full speed?

(I just hit "ON" on one of my CP-40's and the resulting tidal wave almost emptied the tank )

Fallback can only be set as ON or OFF for VDM ports. profiles will not work since these are stored in the apex not the module. For varspd ports on the base unit, fallback doesn't work at all because there is no way for them to lose comms.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

I figured this would be the case on the VarSpd, thanks for the confirmation.
