Hi,
Realised earlier today that my fusion was disconnected and aften rebooting router and controller with no successs and since I haven' updated firmware since June´16 I prepared for this. Now realizing that at some point my controller display is blank (blue - no text), I've been trying for some hours to browse through especially this forum and the guides but currently I seem to be stuck since I can't see/find IP for my Apex nor access the dashboard. My Apex is hardwired with my router but running Apex Flash Utility doesn't find my APEX (and I cannot see the IP in my controller display..).
Where to start systematic troubleshooting?
