I set up my atk today following the video provided by Neptune. I hooked up the aquabus cable but the light won't turn green. It is running in stand alone mode with the aquabus cable connected. Any advice?

You could try reseating the usb on either end and/or try a different port.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
Thanks I got it. I must of plugged the power supply in to quickly and did not allow the apex to connect when I plugged in the aquabus cable.
I unplugged power supply and then unplugged aquabus and plugged it in again. Waited for status light to turn green and then plugged in power supply. Seems to work now
