Replacement fittings for 1/2 Flow Sensor

I'm going to be changing up my plumbing, and it's going to require me to redo the manifold my flow sensors are connected to on one side of the sensors. I'll need to get new of the little white screw to slip connectors that are on the flow sensors. I know they are some sort of BSP threading. So where and what should I get to replace these?

This is your best bet. They are hard to find but this manufacturer has a good selection. I would suggest a union over the single piece type they include for easier maintenance.
