HELP apex light flashing red

hello my name is bryan ive had the apex 2016 since new years no problems up until today. standing in the kitchen all the sudden my lights click of on my tank. only thing on is my return pump. hit the little button to reset the it after it loses signal during power outage. turn on adof trn pump lights nothing happened, I waited a few minutes and still nothing. I unplugged my power bar and re plugged in and the everything clickes on for 3 seconds then turns off. what is going on with it. it is on a 125 sps dominante I have no wave makers lights dosers nothing going right now please helppppppp

There have been no issues until I was just standing by it today. what does the red light on the energy bar mean? I hope I can get this squared away tonight. the unit is inside my stand but no way possible for it to get wet.

Btw, which item has the red LED? Your thread title says Apex, but your second post says it's the EB.

Russ yes it is on the EB832 it flashes red.

I suggest follow what the original poster did and contact Neptune and log a support ticket. I am sure they would have resolved the issue.
