Just received my WXM module in the mail today. Opened it up and went to connect it to my energy bar 8 and noticed that the connector provided with the WXM had an aquabus port on one end and a mini-a port on the other. What am I supposed to plug the mini-a connector into? The apex, energy bar, nor the XWM itself have a mini-a port, so I don't understand why this connector was included with the WXM.

Sorry, after looking at more examples of USB connectors, it's actually a mini-b. Either way, none of the Apex devices have this type of plug. Example picture of the connector below.

Was the WXM purchased new? If so, was the black and white security tape intact? If the WXM was new and in a sealed box, submit a Neptune technical support request. https://www.neptunesystems.com/support/contact-support/
