    new apex probes dry?

just picked uo ny 2016 apex today and the probes have no liquid in with them. I'm guessing I should be asking the shop for replacements as the could well be broke now?

I would ask for new ones. Probes can be rehydrated, but the process is kinda annoying and sometimes a dry probe won't rehydrate properly and is basically a dead probe.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

What probes? As far as I know, only the pH probe needs to be stored wet. Pretty sure cond doesn't. Not positive on ORP.

cheers. spoke with the shop and they have told me to email neptune direct.

Surely if you purchased this recently the proprietor should be sorting this for you rather than asking you to chase up the manufacturer....

I purchased it yesterday. I spoke to the shop who contacted the UK distributor who said all warranty claims must go direct through neptune as that's how it works over here. only took 5 mins to drop them an email and had a reply back within 2 hours so can't really complain.
