Power consumption not reading for heater

no matter which outlet i assign the heater to the power consumption panel reads 0. Tried many different outlets with manual and configuration tool. When set to heater they all read zero if though they read wattage etc for skimmers, return pumps, power heads etc. anyone have this issue before? All firmware has been updated and reset multiple times

Is the heater actually fully on? I.e. the heaters internal thermostat is set above the tanks current temp and the outlet itself is on.

If the heater is fully on, is it actually heating?

Yes, this is the main/biggest heater in the system that is set to come on before all others.

One thing i havent tried was setting the outlet up as something other than a heater and seeing if it works. Maybe ill try that when i get a moment.

The type of outlet you configure won't make a difference, but if it's configured as a heater the tank temp is not below the on temp, the outlet might not actually be on or the heaters thermostat isn't actually on.
