APEX 2016 UK and additional modules

    I'm in the UK.
Really just started my research into all this.
I'm seriously looking at the APEX 2016 UK with the EB6 power bar.
The current problem is I also want the FMK, ATK, DOS, etc. but these aren't available in the EU online store.
The question is, if I buy these additional modules online from the States, will they still work with the UK Apex 2016 (bearing in mind the power differences)?

All of them will work. They are connected to Apex base through aquabus cable and they are powered by a DC power adaptor, which is usually 24v. Power source is included in most of the modules and it works in both 110v and 220v AC sources.

Yes they will. If they have a power supply, there is a cord that plugs between that and the wall that will likely ship with an American plug. The power supply is universal but you will likely need to replace that cord from a local computer/electronics store.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

    Thanks guys.
That's what I thought but didn't want to assume.
    Much appreciated.

APEX 2016 UK and additional modules

Some bad info here in this thread; the power supply included in the US/Canada market ATK package is not a brick style unit with an interchangeable cord. It is a "wall-wart" and has a fixed NEMA 1-15P 2-blade plug.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

    Thanks, Russ.
Changing the plug isn't a big deal.
I'm more concerned with the power supply working correctly at 240v in the UK - are they rated at “AC 100-240, 50/60 Hz”
I guess I could just get a suitable UK 24vDC supply or stepdown transformer from EBay but I'd rather not.

By the way, read your sticky notes for beginners last night - very good.
As a software developer I'm assuming this is all event-driven coding (e.g. a timer, status change, etc.) and I've just got to make sure their are no event conflicts or omissions across all the modules.
I've started creating a UML engine state diagram to ensure the design is correct - how sad am I!!!
