How to adjust dosing program?

Below is my current Alkalinity dosing program:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/002:16/027:44 Then ON
If Time 04:00 to 21:59 Then OFF
If pH > 8.60 Then OFF

My Alk is a little higher then what I would like, so I would like to cut back on the dosing but keep the times in tact. Looking at the programing guide,

OSC = [DURATION / DURATION / DURATION] Then [ON/OFF]

Trying to decipher that it looks like my dosing pump is on for 2 minutes and 16 seconds every 30 mins. Can I just reduce the 2:16 gradually until my Alk gets to where I want it?

Yes, but also adjust the 27:44 so the sum of the two adds up to 30 minutes
