hi i don't have a display. i can log in to fusion but my local is password protected and admin 1234 does not work. i was wondering how to change the password
it won't let me log in using the fission user name and password
is there a reset button. or a way to flash my unit using a file and my computrer

Holding the reset button on the Apex base unit in for more than 20 seconds with factory reset the unit. This does mean that you will lose all programming and you will have to link your apex back to fusion again. So make sure you have all of your settings, profiles, output names, anything that you think is important to your apex running properly copied to a spreadsheet, word doc, notepad or someplace safe before doing that. You will be starting completely over with your setup (including the wireless configuration).
