Acting on a Comms error to fusion

Hi all, this is my first post so please be gentle ;-)
I have an Apex Classic connected to a WiFi extender, today I get an email from Fusion stating:

    Date: 2017-07-31 13:20:10 +0100
Status: Apex disconnected from Apex Fusion

When I returned home I looked at the network settings on my router and all seemed well, however the Wifi extender would not allow "traffic" through it. I unplugged the extender and re-plugged it back in and it worked perfectly again, it did the same thing with my Seneye SWS every few weeks.

My question is; if I plugged the Wifi extender into my EB6 (say socket 1), would it be possible to program the Apex (in the event of a comms error) to turn off "Socket 1" for one minute and then back on? My reasoning is that in reality this is all I am doing!
I hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

    Mark

It is not possible to program an outlet to turn on or off if Fusion commas are lost. You could program that outlet to simply cycle power once a day as an alternative. But IMO, that's just a stopgap measure. The better long-term action would be to use a reliable W-Fi extender.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Thank you for your fast reply :-) I though it might be a push, just a thought.... The problem only seems to happen once every few weeks/months so not a big deal, looks like i'll have to show the missus where the on/off switch is; if I'm out :-)
    Many thanks again,
