Sudden Intermittent Skimmer Pump and Chiller/Heater

Just carrying out routine maintenance on display including skimmer cup cleaning for which I had switched off skimmer pump.
Came to switch back on and now switching on and off intermittently and also my combined chiller/heater pump as also stopped working.
Never happen before and haven't a clue why it should start now. Other pumps for return and UV running as normal
Tried reset through Apex Display and even unplugging pumps as well but still continues with problems on Skimmer and Chiller/heater pumps.
No programming has changed that I am aware of and below is copy of my Skimmer programme and the Chiller/Heater Pump is just on.
Any help would be appreciated in solving this soon.

Managed to get chiller/heater pump running. Not sure why suddenly started but still intermittent start/stop on skimmer pump.


I should have said earlier all lights are green on on all modules.

Managed to get the answer with prompt help form Jon at Neptune support
Turned out to be a faulty skimmer pump.
