On the Configuration-Clock setup page, put auto-set to enabled, the DST setting to enabled, and the timezone to -5 (for Eastern time zone). Save those settings and reboot the Apex. Within a few minutes, the Apex will start using time servers out there on the Internet to maintain the system clock quite accurately.

Don't use the app sync time thingy.

Question, how do I change the clock in Apex fusion!

@RussM, where is the clock Configuration page? My TUNZE profiles are set up in PST and I would like them to be in EST.

    2016 or classic apex?

Just do it on the display as it's just as easy. Navigate to system>clock setup and all the options are right there. After everything is set correctly, power cycle the apex.

Use the Classic Dashboard, Configuration-Clock Setup page. Refer to this for more info about properly setting the Apex clock: https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...ll=1#post96567

I set my clock on the Apex display and did a restart and I still have both times in Apex fusion.

    Date and time sync ...?

    Somehow you made it worse

    The Apex settings should be:

    Auto-set enabled
    DST enabled
    Time zone -5

Restart the Apex if you change anything, then wait a few minutes before checking in Fusion.

Also check the timezone configured in whatever device you are using to access Apex Fusion - ensure it is set to Eastern time w/ DST.
