Low Level Optical Sensor on ATK not closing?

    Hey Guys,

I've had the ATK running since it came out with no issues; however, the past two days I've been getting alerts like crazy - particularly that the high-level optical sensor is closed. I had a chance to test it tonight and for whatever reason the low level sensor will not "close" in Apex, even when it's fully submerged. The high-level sensor works perfectly, as soon as it hits the water is closes. The low level optical sensor is still visible and can be edited within Apex, so I'm not sure what's going on?

I did by the way take the unit out an clean both optical sensors just in case there was some crud built up but still not luck on the low level one. Any ideas?

    Try reseating the connector.

I've tried that twice, no change.

Make sure it is configured for optical and not water on floor.

Both of those are set correctly as well and showing as such in Apex

Might be a hardware issue then. If you switch them, does the problem follow the switch or the port?

Hardware. These FMM modules are delicate. I won't trust them for ATO. Your mileage may vary.
