    APEX Classic reboot when acessing Configuration/Probe on internal web pages

    Hello,

    I experienced a problem today, I try to access the Configuration/Probe-Input page on the classic web interface and that made by APEX reboot.

    I try several times and each time boom... reboot.

    I'm accessing it via Chrome on a mac, and direct wired network link.
    My Apex is in last stable version: 4.52_5A17

    Did anyone experienced this issue?

    Sounds like you updated the firmware but not the webpages. That is the only time I have experienced (or seen others experience) this problem.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

    Thank you for the answer, this is th first thing I checked.
    I also re-upload web pages just in case, this didn't solve the problem.

    So I check each page of th configuration menu and the probe one is the only one that doesn't work.

    I contacted the Neptune support and it seems to be a "known problem", they gave me a beta firmware to test, this should solve the problem.

    Updated to the firmware given b Neptune Support and so far so good, everything seems back on track now.

    Thx to Neptune support and their quick response time
