Question What is SW1 thru SW6

    Hi Guy,

Setup my first Apex. What are SW1 thru SW6? What are their purpose? What do I with them? It's so confusing.

They are switch/float inputs that can be used only if you plug in a breakout box.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Breakout box contact status. You can se float switches to trigger shutdown of equipment if water levels get to high or low

That's one use. Possibilities are essentially endless with the caveat that it has to be a switch or "dry contact". Most common uses are for ATO, water level shutoffs, cabinet lighting turned on by door switches, or toggle switches to quickly perform a task.
