    pH Probe help

So i got my tank filled today and removed the caps from my probes and put them in the holders. I noticed the pH was low, around 3 so i decided to run a cal. Probe didnt budge off 195 in 7 or 10 solution. unplugged probe, replugged, disabled, enabled, rebooted. i'm guessing a bad probe but before i go down that route i wanted to see what the community thought. thanks.

You cannot calibrate out a gross error like that. Contact tech support.
