Manually turning on MP60s

I have two MP60s and two Vortech Battery Backups.

Scenario 1:
MP60s on, pull power from MP60s (simulating power outage), batteries kicks in.

Scenario 2:
MP60s off, pull power from MP60s (simulating power outage). How do I manually turn on the MP60s? Pressing the power button does not turn them on.

if you put both mp60's on a muti tap and plug that into your eb4 or 6 or 8 that may work. also if you get a mp40 and mp10 you might be able to make a mp50. that may do the trick
