    FMK HIGH Readings??? Doubts

Hello, First time poster. I just installed the FMK to my established system while upgrading my return pump to the VectraM1 rated at max 2000 GPH. I can't appreciate the flow metrics and need some advice.

My 1" FMK sensor currently reads 1,440 (doesn't specify if GPH or LPH???)
My 1/2" FMK sensor currently reads 2,450.

At 1440 GPH, FMK is suggesting 1 gallon every 2-3 seconds - thats just not possible with the flow i'm visually observing out of my return. Not to mention the smaller one which flows into a small refugium. Both are plumed off the VectraM1. Main return has 3/4" tubing, ~4' height, and one 90deg turn.

These numbers are not believable - is this liters? If so this tiny flow sensor is not putting out that much water.

I've ensured the flow meters arrow is in proper direction.

    Thanks for help in advance.
    Josh

Sounds like you need to configure your sensors:

If you're using an Apex Classic, swing over to the classic dashboard and select your module. Make sure the correct size sensors are in each position in the FMM module, and youhave Gallons per hour selected.

Are you in Fusion or the classic dashboard?

I normally use Fusion. I just now found my way to the Classic Dashboard and i'm on the same screen with the FMM config, but no ports are showing. its blank. Firmware is up to date. I have my FMM module plugged into one of my EB8.

Hit F5 to reload. Should show up.

Sorry. This has happened to me a couple of times, and I usually hit F5 and it comes up. You can try updating the moddule firmware, then refreshing again, but you might need a higher authority to help

Sounds like your module firmware isn't up to date and/or webpages don't match firmware. FMM should be 12 not 11.

It's possible I misread a post today that said sw rev 12 for the FMM, so you might be okay with 11 (it's possible the poster was referring to a different module. I dont own one to check).

Try hitting "submit module change" for 1 port at a time and see if that helps.

Did you click the port button after selecting from the dropdown?

    Zombie and Jon. ITS WORKING!

Oh god, thanks guys for being here to help.

    Resolution actions:
    Confirmed Updated Firmware
Updated Webpages via Apex Flash Utility
    System Reset
Aquabus to FMM without sensors attached
    Re-flashed Firmware

Now it works! Thanks guys now i'm looking at my sad 386GPH flow from my VectraM1. Much more believable.

    Hope this helps someone
