The Trident measures your alk, ca, and mg and does not need any external pumps or containers or RODI to do so. What you do with that information is up to you.

    OR

If you do happen to have the DOS, it will be linked via software to the results from the Trident. The Apex will then safely adjust your levels of alk, ca, and mg based upon those results as well as your normal uptake.

The distinction was made because more than one of the systems that test DKh only require you to have separate dosing pumps just to get them to operate and take measurements at all.

Ok, my intention is to set up automated adjustments, through the Apex...so I will need the DOS.

Will Neptune sell just the controller? or perhaps a trident controller combo? I think allot of folks don't need the outlets,..want to use the ones they already have.

This is quite possible down the road. At the moment we are overwhelmed with orders for the full Apex System as we are entering the busy season so all production must go towards that.

So dosing Mg, Alk and Ca requires 3 dosing-heads, last I looked my DOS only had two awesome reliable heads?
Any plans for DOS with more heads or should you add another 2 head unit?

Would love to test this product!

The Trident uses a single dosing head that is built into the unit.

Yes I know, but if I want to automate the whole process I will need 3 heads to dose ;-)

Are you planning of having releases of Trident for Europe? We are really interested in your products. Profilux 4 is a horrible product.

Yes. The Trident will be available in EU. The only possible sticking point might be the reagents. But our intent is to have it be a worldwide product.

Can I assume that 2017 Neptune Apex is the most current unit available.

Looking forward to this release, but a question, maybe a little off the wall...
do you see me ever being able to ask Alexa or Siri what my calcium is? Or temperature, Ph, etc? Would be awesome!

So did anyone get the greatest Christmas gift ever? An invitation to be part of the group to test the Trident?

    Hi Terence,

Will Apex be releasing a Trident/2016 head unit bundle at all?

Although you have stated that it is not your intention to sell the head unit separately, referring to the added value of buying a whole new system, in the EU and UK, we cannot buy the EB832 and have to date received no comment on when or if Neptune will release a UK/EU version.

It would be great if you could make a comment to give us an idea of your intentions.

    Best regards & Merry Christmas

    Rob

Happy New Year folks. Just giving this one a bump as would be interested on any comments about potentially bundling new 2016 head unit and Trident when available.
