One of the energy bars is reporting low voltage

So I've just bought an Apex system and have 2 energy bars, one plugged into the big UPS (which is reading 117v), one plugged into a normal socket. The one with the normal socket is reporting low voltage (varying from 105 down to 100 v). Now it is the hottest day of the year so far in the Bay Area, temperatures outside are ~110 degrees at the moment, and I'm sure the world and his wife are running their a/c, so it's possible the line voltage is lower than usual, but I'm just wanting to check that it's ok to run with the low voltage...

I've also got a conductivity probe consistently reading 0, but I'm guessing this isn't the right forum

    Cheers

Yes, the lower than usual voltage reading is not uncommon when demand on the electric grid is very high. It hit 105 today where I’m at near San Diego, and I see the same thing.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
