    Question Boiling water inquiry

Curious about using these to monitor the salinity for my pasta boiling water at my restaurant. Anybody know if the probes can withstand continuous/permanent submerging in boiling water? Or are they made of materials that may melt over time.

    Thank you!

    Tom

Not sure about the answer ... but ... is the plastic in the probes food grade?

    All the best,
    Rui

The Apex probes are not designed to be used outside the typical temperature range of an aquarium.
