Can't program new apex

I'm trying to program my new apex but every time I edit an outlet and save it won't save. I can't rename outlets either. I can edit and rename outlets on my classic apex without any problems

After changing the outlet name, send it to the Apex via the cloud w/the up arrow (it should be orange after making changes)
