2016 getting started

G'day
i have an apex classic and have just got a 2016 apex.Im trying to get started with it I'm getting nowhere I tried wifi first no luck than wired still no luck I can't get it to go back to wifi blue light to even try that again as when I press the reset it goes green pink green orange so no blue any help would be appreciated as not shore how to get help in Australia

Just pressing the reset button only reboots the Apex. Hold the reset button in for 6-7 seconds to reset the Apex back to wifi mode. Holding the reset for 20 seconds will factory reset all settings on the Apex.
