Your profile says you have an Apex classic, but you've posted in the Apex 2016 forum. Which model do you have?

It's the 2016. This is my first Apex and I just hooked it up a few hours ago so bear with me.

Did you follow the get starting guides paying attention to things like being on current firmware and making sure the your WXM module and other modules are all on current firmware?

To start I would try a simple reboot of the apex and see if it that fixes it. If not then we might try a couple other things that will involve removing those outlets and starting fresh.

Do I reboot it just buy the little button on the head unit?

No, go into the misc tab, little wrench, and look for the restart apex button. Check it and click the send button in the upper right and wait for everything to come back up. Then go into your module setup screen and make sure all the modules show (OK) just for fun.

I don't believe so. I'm having internet issues with my mac so I got on my phone and it said that I needed AOS update. I did that and then I was able to adjust them on my phone. I'm not sure it the schedule changed yet or not though.

Issue was resolved by an Apex Reboot.
