Thread: Updated? to AOS Version 5.03_9C17 this morning.

    Updated? to AOS Version 5.03_9C17 this morning.

    Did the AOS update and the head unit is bricked now. Light won't come on, http server won't come on. Unit doesn't appear on my router in either wifi or ethernet (I've plugged in and since rebooted).

    Any help on this?

    Done yesterday. Well learned my lesson, don't do a firmware upgrade on a weekend otherwise your system is on life support for 3+ days. This was a horrible introduction to this product as I got it on Thursday updated to the newest firmware then (which worked fine) got the notification and updated on Saturday and it fried. Was trying to setup my new aquarium this weekend but my plans are shot out of the water.

    Just submit the ticket . You only need to setup the remote support software if the tech support agent requests to do a remote support session with you, and in your case, I don't think that will be requested.
